Flower City Folk (FCF) is a nonprofit organization that serves individuals living in Rochester and the surrounding communities by supporting and documenting diverse folklife; facilitating related educational opportunities; and connecting community members to local, state, and federal arts resources.

FCF operates within Rochester Institute of Technology’s School of Individualized Study and is made possible by the New York State Council on the Arts with the support of the Office of the Governor and the New York State Legislature.
