Girl in the Window

“So, I grew up out in Spencerport on an old farm, and the original house had burned down before my parents bought it. So, I’ll never forget, one day I came home from school, and I had forgotten my house key. So, I went out to the barn–I went to get a ladder so I could try to get in my bedroom window–and as I was coming back from the bar, I saw a little girl standing in what was my bedroom window, and it really freaked me out. And, it was one of those things where you thought you saw it, and I looked again, and I did see it. I didn’t think anything of it, you know, it kind of freaked me out. I talked to my parents about it and we did a little bit of research, and that girl had died in the original house that had burned down and the house that we lived in was rebuilt there. They don’t know what caused it. You know, there were other little things that happened in the house–little things, things that I couldn’t really explain, just little creepy things. But, other than that, it was just the one time with her.”
